This place is absolutely appauling. I have lived in 3 different apartment complexes in and around the new haven area and this one by far is the absolute worst. I have lived here for less than 2 months and I can't wait to get out of this hell hole. It may look nice on the outside, but the apartments are crap, maintenance barely exists because when you have an emergency they are supposed to be on call after hours but instead the number you are supposed to call is busy for hours on end, and then when you finally get through they refuse to come because they don't want to be inconvenienced after hours. Also, when its during regular business hours they half ass their work so that the original problem becomes actually better than what they have created. The office staff is extremely unhelpful, and fake. They will do anything to get you to rent here and then once they have you they change their tune and become extremely unprofessional and most unhelpful.
