Great Beach Front Aparment - I have been leaving here for 2 years and I absolutely love the place. We are about 500 yards from the beach. We get nice a ocean breeze all year round. The grounds are well kept. Apartments are clean and spacious with plenty of closet space. Laundry is very convenient just make sure you have plenty of quarters. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! - Not only are the walls paper thin and you can hear the highway that is 200 yards away. Unpleasant The only good thing about this apartment is it's cheap. The cheap rent reflects the apartment. You do not get a dishwasher and laundry. The walls are very thin and occasionally smoke will get into t your apartment if you live next to a smoker. I highly recommend to go else where.

Nice place within price range for area Currently living here, moved in Aug '05 and moving Aug '06 to be closer to work. Maintenance was quick to do repairs when needed and curtious. Heating cost on averaged $60/month and cooling averaged $30/month. Rental staff helpful and curtious.

STAY AWAY... Robert treat is the sister apt. My friend and i moved in at same time. literally 50 stray cats live under the balconies. You can hear EVERYTHING!!! TV with volume at 2 bothers neighbors. The AC and Heatpumps are from 1930 and utilize EXTENSIVE electicity. Management is useless
