TERRIBLE!! - First off, the rent, 1900 bucks for a 2 bed 2 bath, this is not Greenwich or Stamford, no reason to pay that much. Secondly BUGS!!!! I have found spiders, cockroaches, millipedes, and most of all HUGE HOUSE CENTIPEDES!! Unpleasant The only good thing about this apartment is it's cheap. The cheap rent reflects the apartment. You do not get a dishwasher and laundry. The walls are very thin and occasionally smoke will get into t your apartment if you live next to a smoker. I highly recommend to go else where.

Nice place within price range for area Currently living here, moved in Aug '05 and moving Aug '06 to be closer to work. Maintenance was quick to do repairs when needed and curtious. Heating cost on averaged $60/month and cooling averaged $30/month. Rental staff helpful and curtious.

STAY AWAY... Robert treat is the sister apt. My friend and i moved in at same time. literally 50 stray cats live under the balconies. You can hear EVERYTHING!!! TV with volume at 2 bothers neighbors. The AC and Heatpumps are from 1930 and utilize EXTENSIVE electicity. Management is useless

I enjoyed my time at Avalon Milford just fine I just moved out of Avalon Milford in May 2008, lived there for 2 years. I actually really liked living there and never found it to be loud or annoying as some did. I rented a carport for about 3/4 of my time there, but there was always parking
