Depending on what you are looking for Factory Square can be OK- however, be aware that if you are on the courtyard side of the building it is noisy year round as a result of the two bars there. Also in the summer the courtyard side, especially on the forth floor, is completely unbearable due to the heat (down to the poor construction of the forth floor) and the noise from the huge, very obnoxious cooling tower which is right outside of the apartments.
You can definitely do better for your money elsewhere in Mystic if you don't mind a short drive or walk to the downtown area. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
