We needed an apartment for four months in the midwinter that was furnished, clean, well appointed, safe, and with all utilities included including immediate access to the Internet. We compared six possibiities in the Mystic area in one week and found that the Factory Square apartments met all of our needs. We liked the apartment very much: it was very nicely furnished and appointed with all the necessities of the kitchen and bathroom. It was great to be in Downtown Mystic with all the restaurants and the river nearby. We found that Factory Square was very professionally run. The Property Manager was efficient, accomodating, and expeditious. The Building Supervisor was accomodating, friendly, and efficient in fulfilling the few requests that we had. The Owner was cordial.
