no better choice in CT I am amazed by the negative reviews. This place is simply wonderful. We lived here with a newborn and had a courtyard apartment. The noise is just not a problem, lets face it , its downtown. The noise pails into inconsideration when you consider the fabulous location.

Renter beware Noise is a major problem in this building. I was expecting a normal amount of noise on weekends, due to the two bars in the courtyard but soon realized noise is a nightly problem to endure. Forget keeping your windows open!! And get ready for some hefty air conditioning bills.
