I was a tenant at Horizon Homes for two years. I never had any problem with the management or maintenance staff. Office staff was always very friendly and professional. She went out of her way to accomodate us and get us into the perfect apartment in time for our new job.

The maintenance staff was also great! They always responded to any problems we had quickly and professionally.

It makes me laugh to read some of the other reviews about the property. The property is absolutely beautiful! The buildings are wood and the top floor apartments have high ceilings. Our apartment was remodeled prior to our taking occupancy. Everything in it was brand new! These apartments are definitely worth waiting for.

The complex is in a wooded area. You do see the occassional raccoon, squirrel, or deer. So what'

As far as I'm concerned, the bad reviews were written by disgruntled people who have a problem with adhering to the rules that are set up for the safety and consideration of everyone living in the apartment complex. The management doesn't lie to you when they are giving you the lease in writing before you sign it!

I would suggest for everyone reading these reviews to take the time to go see the apartments for yourself! You won't be disappointed.
