Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Ok so I went to Horizon thinking great cheap apts. but nothing ever worked out like i was hoping
1. tennis courts- you can never use since they are always used by the vast majority of ------- and kids that hangout there
2. pool- never open b/c the lifeguard was never there and it is not heated
3. gym- it was closed due to vandalism and its small and smelly the resident above do not appreciate it when people use it and they will bang on the floor.
overall it sucked here and management isn't the greatest. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
