if you're not on the top floor, you can hear the creaks of the floor above you. So if that bothers you, get the third floor apt. Otherwise, its reasonable and quiet area. Cable is included, rent is fair, and they have been re-doing all the apartments prior to new people coming in. The maintenace team is pretty quick for the two small problems i have had in the past few months.
