I moved in a month ago. I now have a pest problem! Then I find out they have been treating the building for 3 months for an infestation! No one told me before i signed the lease! An extreme health risk.

As soon as I moved in there was no one in the rental office. There still isn't. I call and call and leave messages, no one gets back to me. I even show up during office hours and no one is there and the door is locked. I wonder if anyone is running the show here.

Do not rent here. No matter your situation. Live in your car if you have to, this place is not work the $825 for a 1bedroom. I am leaving after 1 month!
