I lived here for one year and rented a top floor apartment. A month after I moved in, the ceiling started leaking profusly.I contacted the renatal office they told me to submit a maintenance request. I filled dozens over 9 months, AND NEVER GOT HELP!!! I came home from work to see my ceiling had collapsed and caused harm to a family member. The mold and corrosion was horrific from the years of negelect. The health department condemed the unit.
***Use caution when renting from these people.I feel Garden Homes Management is too large of company to care for all their tennents properly. They will do anything to look attractive, and the only reason why I went was because they advertise "free tv, free heat and hot water"
DONT DO IT!!!! Its not worth it. Worst experience of my life.
