I lived there 3 years and remember at least that many evictions in my bldg. alone. I suspect most of the unhappy renters posting here, just didnt pay rent , so got kicked out. Ive never lived in total bliss anywhere in all my days of renting, but was comfortable there. Key word is RENTING. untill you purchase your own home, your going to have smelly, noisy neighbors. With that said, it was o.k. to live there. Maintenance was fast, i really didnt need to deal with office staff, so I cant say. My place was remodeled and a home to me. When it no longer felt like a home, I left. Rent does go up pretty fast, so brace yourself.

Almost all the apartments are effected with BED BUGS and their no good tretament to cure the same is provided by Management . Instead they are putting blame on the tents that they got the bugs form outside . The recieptionist is very bad lady who don't known how to talk with customer.
