Old Buildings, Lot of Noise Problems, but quiet community!

Extremely High Priced!
Buildings are aged, and when somebody walk upstairs, it sounds like thunder in the apt below it. When complained to the Property Manager, Miss Kim, do you know what she told to one of the tenants' "Stick up some cotton into your ears!"
If you happen to take any apartments there, be aware of this Manager, and take only the 3rd floor to avoid any rip offs!
