These apartments are spacious but very old. You may get a creaky roof and if you get lot noise of creaky wood even if someone walk on the fllor above you. That can be very disturbing. I wish that I believed on other review on this site and not moved to this apartment. The apartment management does not have any solution for it. For them it is "normal" due to old buildings. It may be safer to take top floor.
Parking should be enough overall but at some places you may find in congested and you have to park far off.
