I lived in Parkview for almost two years and I have to say it was a good experience.
We live in a two bedroom, third floor apt.
It's great for kids, they just put in a new playground, and there is a clean swimming pool.
They are always making improvements, from repaving the driveway, to repainting the exteriors.
I like it because it is in walking distance to a muncipal golf course, and very close to great hiking, a lake with a beach and a Big Y.
My only complaint is that it's a little pricey for Naugatuck. We paid almost $1100 for a two bed room. Heat was included, which was nice, but considering you could live in a "luxury" complex for $200 more a month, it seems pricey.
