The apartments are located next to a golf course and a park is nearby, so the location is good. A grocery store (Big Y) is right down the street, and several other stores are in the same plaza. The apartments and grounds are well maintained, and residents have access to a pool on the grounds. The buildings are old, and if there is an apartment above your unit get used to hearing your neighbor walk around. Heat and hot water are included with the rent, which seems to be on the high end for Naugatuck. My only real complaints were the creaking floors, and inconsiderate neighbors occasionally blasting their stereo. Upon moving out I received my full deposit back within a month. I would recommend Parkview Apartments to anyone considering living in Naugatuck, but only the top floor units.
