At the Rental office You will be told,very beautiful apartments eventhough 30 years old. When it comes to maintenance they will say, these are old apartments we can not do anything. Anything you ask maintenance personnel will say, they bought in a sale or closeout stock. We can not replace them now. Very bad maintenance. Carpets are as old as the apartments, creeky floors. If you are in first floor, you can tell exactly whats happening in the top floor. Now a days they are allowing anybody to rent because many of them are vecant. When you are signing the lease, the rent is less, while renewing it is too much. (Many people who come after you fresh lease given less rent, while your renewal it is alwyas extra, Market rate doesnt come in picture)
