don't do what i did because you will end it up writting a review like me,i live in a second floor and i can here everything my up stairs neighbohrs do,squiky floors,and unsafe comunity,the pool is supose to be for renters only and up to 2 guest but when kids o back to school they came back w/a lot of friends no body checked on that,they also smoke and drink,not good for my little kids to see that,and there is only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building,very unhappy w/office personal if you have a complain they just don't follow up on it..do not recommend this place at all...
