All they care about is their money

We moved into this place to keep our daughter safe and have a nice roomy place to live. It is a roomy place however :
1. Floors creak louder than I have ever heard. I had to move my daughters crib because stepping away the floor would creak and wake her up.
2. We must all be feeding off a single water heater, because if someone turns on their shower or flushes toilet the water changes from normal to burning hot or to freezing cold. We have gotten blood red skin from taking showers. We complained and it took them 3 weeks to TRY to fix it. Maintance said they checked it out but they didnt. Still not fixed.
3. If you have problems with neighbors the office will take forever to address it, if they do.
4. There is no assigned parking. If you show up after 8pm you will have to park in the higher parking lot. If you show up on the weekends after 6 you will not find a parking place NEAR your building. We came home one night and had to park up in the higher parking lot. Our daughter was asleep in my arms and I slipped walking down the grassy hill. Luckily she didnt get hurt (I did) but she did wake up. So they NEED assigned parking here.
5. Rent is due on the 1st but there is a 10 day grace period. If you pay it on the 11th thought they send it all to the lawyers. 2 bedroom is $1052 if you are a day late you pay $105.20 late fee, by the 4th day you will recieve a notice to quit possesion of the apartment. then you have to pay ALL lawyer fees. We payed the first $40 fee because it was on us, so we also payed our rent, and the women in the office said she would cancel the eviction. We recieved eviction papers a week later. We talked to the office and they said the woman was fired and never called the lawyers. They didnt call the lawyers till 3 days later. And are trying to get us to pay the $175 lawyer fee, THAT WAS THEIR FAULT!!!! You can not fall a month behind in this place at all. Not even ONE day. I called to see if we can get a 3 day extension. They said "yes, but you will have to pay the late fee and the lawyer fee" So in other words thats a NO.
6. There is a laundry room in the building however, there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers. They are not big, so you can not fit a good load of laundry. You also cant put coins in the machines. You are provided a Smart Card. You put money on the card then slide it into washer or dryer to pay for the load. However, only 1 building has the machine to put money on it. Half the time it is full, and you can only put $5, 10, or 20 in it. Its a pain, and a total waste of money. Plus you have no idea when someone is using them, living on the third floor, we have to walk down to the ground floor with our laundry (and daughter), if it is full then we walk back up and back down.
Rent here is outrageous. and they just raised it to $1095 a month with NO utilities included. Right now we dont have to pay for heat or hot water, if we renew our lease (which we wont) then our rent would go up plus our utilities would too.
We are looking for places now, because this place is only after money! Not worth the hassle to live here. We are VERY UNHAPPY
