Not so bad Have lived here since April. No problems. Friendly neighbors, quiet building. Pool is nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive rent that includes heat/hot water and cable.

Bad Management, dont trust what Dia says ! I have had experience where the current property manager has promised me something and not lived upto that promise.
There is a problem with Building 10 so be sure not to take an apartment there at any cost.

you are right! There is no one in the office because the lady in the office got fired! Aparently she was never in the office and she was rude to residents so they fired her. Rumor has it she was cheating on her husband too! So no wonder why no one is around.

Go somewhere else! Not worth it! Moved in and had one problem after another. Maintenance was great though! Always taken care of but the place is old and needs more than just renovations. The hallways smell musty and parking is a huge problem! Especially in the winter! Office was ok except for one

Good as any other No problems here. Maintenance was quick to fix any problems I had and management was always very friendly and professional when I dealt with them. I would recommend a top floor apartment as you can hear people walking above you. Building are old and floors creak. Apartments

Quiet community but creaky floors These apartments are spacious but very old. You may get a creaky roof and if you get lot noise of creaky wood even if someone walk on the fllor above you. That can be very disturbing. I wish that I believed on other review on this site and not moved to this
