Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Cedar Creek is the best value for the money - Heat & Hot Water are include in our apartment. It is a college complex - so dont expect total quiet. Maint. is really good - He always takes care of our problems quickly. Mgmt. is nice - havent had a problem with her. Overall I thinks its way better than the dorms or other complexes in the area.
