I just finished my first year of college, and i spent it living off campus due to CCSU's housing problems. I actually got a list of good apartments from a family friend who lives nearby and cedar creek was on the list. So in the end a friend and I moved in for the school year. One of the major perks is that it is relatively close to campus, i made it all year without needing a car (which is good because you are only allowed 2 per room, oh well). I notice a good amount of people below seem to be upset with the maintanence, but i think otherwise, the maintanence was actually very good, and prompt too. Overall it was a great year, much more fun than i would have had living in dorms on campus, made a bunch of friends here in cedar creek, and im going to continue living here with a few of them. The staff are very friendly, we have gotten to know each other. Woo Liz and Fatima!
