Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I am so glad I moved out! The maintence people are awful. The maintence guy does nothing and it takes him forever to fix anything. If you call him, he wont return your phone call. He and his family are the trashiest people I have ever met. The plumbing leaks and there are waterspots all over the hallways and in the apartments.
