Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2001-01-01

Lived here 1 year. Way overpriced for the amount of space, and not even any balcony. Horrible parking, if you have guests, my guests have been towed more than once. LOUD neighbor. Essex Place stole our deposit when we moved out, over TINY little spot on rug, we had to sue them, and got some of the money back. Living conditions better than some places in New Britain.
