I just moved in this year and I had read reviews about the management. I am kicking myself for not taking the recomendations seriously. They suck you in and be nice but once you sign the lease, the nightmare begins. I was $300 short on the day I wanted to break my lease cause they made me mad has hell. They are slow responding to complains but they are very prompt to hit you with late fees if you rent is an hour late. It's outrageous. Only if I had the $300 of $1125 needed, It would have been worth it. THEY SUCK DON'T BE SUCKED IN>

I don't see where the fault of management is....it sounds like you were late on rent and $300 short with your lease breakage fee and you are looking for someone to blame. This is no fault but your own....Of course there is going to be a late fee if you are late....if you don't want one, then pay your rent on time....
