I have lived here for 4 years and it just keeping going downhill. The management is terrible and you are only allowed to have 4 people over at once. That is ridiculous. They need to learn to stop renting to annoying young kids who only want to get wasted and start actually managing this apartment without ruining it for everyone. If you don't respect your tenants they will not respect you.
