When i first started my tenure in essex place i would completely agree with the fellow reviewers but late in 2008 they got rid of thier old terrible managers who were so frequently ridculed by this site and now the managers will actually go out and do thier job. But I live on what could be called a party floor and durring the semesters every thursday is load and every so often there is a little party in the hallways. But they increaced security by installing cameras on the begining and end of every hallway. If there are any more hall parties they are broken up by the security guards. The big thing i have is that they only allow a limited number of parking spots (2 per apartment) and only have 10 they give out for late night visiters.
