I spent 3 years at Fairway and it was a great location to live. It is right down the street from CCSU's campus, Stanley Quarter Park, and the WestFarms Mall. I would recommend living here because it's quiet, in an ideal location, and the management/maintainence are great. For cons, my apartment was broken into my first year here (I was given the chance to move into a different one asap), and sometimes new tenants don't realize you can hear them singing at 3am. With balconies facing one another, noise could get annoying between buildings. Otherwise, Fairway is a really great choice. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
