This is a simple review.
Location=excellent, close to restaurants and stores. Not too far from Hartford if you work there.
Problems are car breakins are too frequent. No security cameras or anyting to deter theft. Site manager is a joke. Full of attitude without a clue to back it up. Deposit refund is a scam. Upon leaving we had the carpet professionally cleaned(no specific issues, just wanted to leave the place in perfect condition to receive full refund). The "manager" came up with soo many bogus charges that were not only flat out lies and incorrect but were extremely overpriced to meet the deposit total that was supposed to be refunded. Terrible management, look elsewhere.

You need to get over yourself Buffet. I lived at Fairway for many years and loved it there. I got my security deposit back 100% plus interest. There is no scam. Read your lease it is stated very clearly what you would get charged for if something was damaged or wasn't cleaned. There are cameras and everything is being recorded in the office-go in and take a look for your self I dare you!!!
