We went to see a town house. "We can?t show us one but they are very nice. Just apply for the one coming available in three weeks. If you don?t like it when you see it we will give you our deposit back." They call me to have the electric and gas (heat runs about $220 a month for winter) turned on. We did not see it yet. The day we are to move in we could and did see it. SH%@hole! If we do not sigh the lease by 4pm the security doubles. They now will not return the deposit. I have to take them to court. I am, they think I will not bother for $100. I am taking them for the application fees too plus court fees and was already told I will win. They don?t care.
