118 Ledgecrest surprised me. I had beautiful brand new carpet, a refurbished heater that could bake chicken and a stove that could fuel a 747. Yea, it is the ghetto but the rent is cheap compared to down the street and besides, it's you who put down what sounds like your life savings without demanding to see the unit.
