Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1996
 
horrible- we constantly had bugs- even though we kept place immaculate--neighbors

very thin walls, heating bills were outrageous (over 150 a month in winter and we still wore thermal underwear, mittens ands socks to bed)

was stalked by different neighbor

very unsafe, woudld not recommend AT ALL particularly to young female college students

did I mention the dead bird in my apartment'
