My main complaint is that you can hear your neighbors all the time; it's not so bad at first, but gets old real fast. The only time I ever have an issue with parking is when I come home past 9pm on a week night. Some parts of the neighborhood are a little sketchy, people seem to have a habit of just standing and talking in the middle of the road then act like you're inconveniencing them when you try to get by with your car.

Other than than this, I've got nothing to complain about. Roads get plowed and walks get shoveled promptly during the winter. The two times I needed maintenance to come they were there within 15 minutes of my call and took care of the problem courteously and quickly.
