Rent was the only reason to move into this place. You definitely get what you pay for. On numerous occassions I would have to call the cops due to excessive noise and abuse coming from the neighbors. The walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYthing that is going on next door. If it snows you better have your own shovel or youll be snowed in until about 3pm. Forget them plowing because it just does not happen. Lastly, maintenance takes forever, if they even come, to fix anything.
