I currently live in these apartments. I love it here. In life, you get what you pay for. This place is cheap, and my apartment is very nice. If you have good taste and nice things you can make any place nice. I havent had and problems with infestation, the only thing to complain about is in the winter they dont really plow very well, and in the cold months my heat bill is 200$. But other then that the neighbors are nice and the staff is reliable. It is a bare bones apartment, but you get what you pay for, maybe all you people that have problems with bugs and the staff are dirty unclean people who dont pay your rent. When I first read these reviews I was days away from moving into my apartment, and I was so scared. But since I have been here I have had NO problems so please give this place a chance, its not bad.

I am NOT a dirty or unclean person. I am actually a neat freak and very anal about cleaning. I also had a small child while living in the apartments so I kept things extra clean for him. Even with all of the cleaning, the bugs would not budge. They seemed to come from everywhere. I have NEVER seen so many bugs!

No matter where you live, you'll probably always get bugs. I am a clean freak and I don't even have kids, but I still get bugs. I even get teased with having OCD because that's how bad I have to be clean. So don't go judging people and saying they have bugs because they aren't clean.

i dont know what place you talking about because farmington hills is a whole in the wall place that dont respect you i should have to be paying 700.00 to have to listen to the person next door or can't sit in my living room becuase i see bugs here and there that place is a dump. if i was paying $50 for this place then its understandable but for a single parent trying to make every end meet that aint right to have ot go thru!!
