My apartment had a lot of windows which was good for the Summer months. In the Winter, the heat barely worked. I never felt it in the bedrooms. I only felt it in the kitchen and while cooking. When we first moved in we had to get the maintenance man to unclog the tub because there was so much hair left in it from the previous tenant. It did not function properly. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the shower and conversations of my neighbors below and next door. The carpets were dirty. The rooms were tiny. There was very little closet space. There was only one phone and cable jack. There were too many bugs. I never saw so many in my life. I was pregnant when I moved in and eventually had to move out early because of health concerns for my son. They wouldn't even budge on the contract!

Bottom line: if you need a place ASAP and don't have any choice, this is the place. If not, look elsewhere. It is definitely not worth the money! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
