Having starting living here in 2005, I can honestly say that I will not be renewing the lease. I have called the management company several times and tried to catch them in the "office". They do not return phone call and are never in the office on this location. The building smells, especially in the stairwells and parking is horrible. They do not provide vistor parking, if there is a car parked in the lot after a certain time, the car will be towed. The company tells you to have vistors park across the street but I do NOT recommend it as they get towed there as well.
If you have no life and sit home alone all day and don't have vistors, please move in here otherwise avoid this management company and building at all costs.
