DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where do i start! well the elevator was suppose to be shut down for 2 weeks and that ended up being almost 3 MONTHS... no apologies from the property manager.. then once it was fixed it broke down every other day for another 2 months WHICH SUCKS WHEN YOU LIVE ON THE 4TH FLOOR... if you ever needed a repair...well.. they never answered your calls even though they would tell you they'd call you back they never did.. and that was with EVERYTHING! always a hassle! paint was chipping horribly. no parking. during the winter you're always plowed in. the walls are paper thin and we could actually hear our neighbors coughing underneath us!! something was always broken in the laundry room. dirty carpets and garbage all over the place. The property manager FRANCIS was especially horrible.. she gave me a constant attitude. and had told me i was wasting her time and she was sick of me when i was told i had a late charge and was never late. then once they figured out that i wasn't late they never notified me or apologized for the trouble they caused me. ON TOP OF THAT WHEN WE MOVED OUT THEY DIDNT REFUND US OUR WHOLE SECURITY DEPOSIT.. IT TOOK ME A MONTH OF CALLING AND CALLING TO ACTUALLY RECIEVE MY MONEY.. AND THAT DIDNT HAPPEN UNTIL I WENT OVER THE PROPERTY MANAGERS (FRANCIS) HEAD AND CONTACTED THE REGIONAL MANAGER (MAYRA LACKINGS). AND SHE DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY!! worst living experience of my life... our neighbors were terrible too.. loud music in the hall ways.. i always had trouble sleeping.. i could feel the bass from a stero shaking my floor.. i had to call the NBPD about 15 times for the duration of our residence there.
