Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001

At first they may seem like a welcoming management company, but you quickly find out that they are just a big corporation trying to take your money. The apartments are very overpriced (if I had shopped around the area better I would have found that out). I was a very clean and conscientious tentant who lost most of my deposit to technicalities and fine print in the lease. My advice: keep shopping around.
