Noise levels are LOUD DAY, NIGHT, and EARLY MORNING. Managers are helpless to act, because Police never investigate repeated 911 calls. Additionally, SMOKE from neighbors' apartments SEEPS into our unit and NOTHING can be done about this either. In a Frat house at least the smell of old smaoke and stale beers, with BOOMING streos is EXPECTED. RUN, don't walk away from this place before you're trapped by the lease. There are also BIG GAPS in the sliding glass door frames to steal the heat during winter - POOR QUALITY.
