If walls could snore...here they do

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The walls are thin: I could hear my neighbor snoring loud & clear every night. The floors creak too. I was on the top floor, end unit, so I only had to contend w/ noise from one side, otherwise it could have been worse. Another minus: there's not even enough hot water from a tiny water heater for 1 person.
And this costs you over $900/mo.!
It's not all bad ...the staff is professional and the location finds everything you need close by (mall, etc.), and if not, access to I-84 and Rt. 9 is very close.
