Please do not even consider living here. Within a few months I needed a prescription sleeping pill.

The entire building VIBRATES when one person walks down the hallway. Vibrates! Every apartment contains floorboards that are not properly nailed down, and management refused to fix the floor above me because they knew if they had to fix one, they would have to fix them all, rendering the building "unliveable." Management proceeded to lie about having fixed it, in writing no less. You are charged twice for cable, your regular bill and an ADDITIONAL bill to the property. You can hear the person in the apartment next to you snoring. These aren't just thin walls. This is a building that should be torn down.
