I'm currently living in Normandy Heights and love it. I was at first scared to lease out an apartment after reading some of the other reviews but I went for it anyway. I'm located on the bottom floor and the noise level as been at a minimum until the apartment above us took on new residents about a month ago. A couple times a night they make a few irritating pounding noises. Asides from that and a few night time moans and groans from the apartment next to me, it's quiet. The other residents are friendly and the personnel have been pleasant whenever I have gone into the office. However, the air flow in my place is horrible. The building traps in humidity summer and winter and the AC doesn't work all that well. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I currently live in Normandy heights, it is terrible. The entire building smells. The cooking from my neighbors seeps through the walls and stinks up my entire apartment. The hallways are dark and smell bad. The laundry room has crappy equipment and the washing machines usually retain water. The walls are paper thin, I hear my next door neighbor snore every night. The celings are paper thin as well as I hear my neighbors upstairs having sex at least twice a weak, i can hear the bed and moans. This place truly is hell on earth and the staff sucks big time. The maintence guy here pretends to know everything but is incapable of fixing a leaky sink and they will not contract out because they are so damn cheap. Do yourself a favor dont live here its is way overpriced for what you have to put up with. Not to mention they dont plow the parking lot well in the winter which leads to all sorts of problems as you could imagine |

If you can hear moans and groans from next door -- a common theme here, then you're nuts to want to live here. It's one thing to have noise -- occasional loud music or people walking around, but what does it say about the place if you can listen to your neighbor sleep? This place is awful because it's not just people walking. The floors are so bad people sound like stomping elephants.
