This is a great place to live in. Clean well maintained. Exteriors recently redone. Lots of Parking. Staff has always been competent and helpful. They are prompt to make repairs. It is quite safe. Laundry on every floor. Neighbors are quite nice and friendly but keep to themselves. Each apartment has its individual central air conditioning unit. Gym, extra storage and bicycle storage in the basement.
Floor Boards do creak but we have had quiet neighbors and haven't had much of a problem with noise. Exterior noise is not very apparent. Much nicer than all the neighboring apartments.
The only time we had a problem was when one crazy woman moved in above us and kept imagining noise coming from our apartment (Probably the person who wrote a review saying that the cops don't respond if you call 911). She called the cops repeatedly. Finally we had to file a counter complaint with the police. When we complained to the management they were very sympathetic and said she had been a chronic problem and they had received complaints about her from everyone. They had her move out at the end of the month.
