I'm confused about all the complainers. I've lived here for 3 years and am moving only because I'm buying a house. So the guy above me occaisionally walks loud. It's an apartment building. Why not take the top floor if you don't like noise above you. I'm on first floor and couldnt' complain about anything. Laundry has always been fine, parking great, safe area, my central Heat/AC has always worked excellent. I had a problem 1 time with my refrigerator and they gave me a brand new one. The 24hr maintenance has always been attentive to any problems.
