There is nothing good about this establishment. The management use a beautiful "model apartment" to misrepresent what the actual apartments look like, and will not allow you to view the real apartment before signing your lease. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy. There were feces stains in the toilet, the window was leaking because there was a hole in the roof, there was thick white mold under the carpets due to the water damage, the closet doors and the screen door was broken. The only thing that had actually been cleaned was the carpet (and just vacuumed, because it smelled like smoke). I?ve lived here for almost 6 months, and they still have not made all of the repairs.





About 2 months ago, the tiles in my shower all fell off, revealing a wall that was being eaten away by thick black mold. There were large holes in the wall so that you could reach through to the particle board in the bedroom closet. Instead of replacing the rotten wall with a new one, the maintenance man simply put the tiles back in place. They are cracking and about to fall again.





I have had to complain to the management numerous times about neighbors who are causing a nuisance - unruly noise at all hours of the night - the management have not done anything. One tenant was even burning their garbage in their oven, and smoke was coming into other apartments through the ventilation system - the fire department had to be called, but management didn?t even reprimand the tenant.





Management staff are very rude.
