Parking is the biggest problem i've encountered during my three years here. if you ever come home any later than 8 or 9 p.m., you'll be circling for some time trying to find a space remoetly near your apartment. furthermore, it presents a safety issue when you have to park so far and walk to your building. i, like another reviewed had TERRIBLE problems with brown water for about three months, and despite complaints to the office, i had to simply wait until the discolored water subsided.
i have also heard of car theft problems but thankfully have not experienced any first hand. from time-to-time undercover cops will sit out and watch the parking lots.
