i also have had problems with the brown water for several months. i do have a couple bottles of the brown water i kept for evidence. cold air comes through spaces by the windows. the walls are cracking and the bathroom is a mess. the kitchen needs to be remodeled. the carpet has bugs in it. man, the whole place is just a mess and the rent is too high.
the building smells. the maintanance staff, one older one in particular, has attitude problems. they fix nothing.
just make a U-turn man, don't live here.

the property manager is nuts. she can't remember anything. She makes rules up on a daily basis. This place will tow your car if you are 2 inches over the line of if your paking tag happens to fall off your rear view mirror. The college kids are spoiled brats. They destroy the place making the grounds, foyar, and elevator look like a weekend frat party. The college needs to build more dorms and get these loud disrespectful children out of here. Maintainance crew is very lazy and does slopey work.
