I'm impartial to this place. It's decent but really, people are right about it. There are CCSU students here but what does management care' Their still getting roughy $1k a month from those kids' parents! The noise is a problem. I've heard cops banging on doors at all hours to resolve issues. There is broken glass in the parking lot and the doors in the stairwells don't even go from floor to ceiling. My neighbor's car was stolen and was told by management that "these things happen". That's real cool. The only good part about this place is the tennants. Most are friendly. There are a few bad apples- it's an apartment building the size of a small town- what do you expect' Just wish management was more caring. I feel like they just want the money. I don't really feel safe or protected should anything happen.
p.s. THOSE FLAGS IN THE ENTRANCE TO THE PARKING LOT HAVE GOT TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FADED FLOURESCENT PINK AND ORANGE- C'MON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
