Not bad for a year or two

For this kind of money (over $900/mo. for a 2-bedroom), I'd like to see an
apartment offering more privacy (like a townhouse) rather than this
dormitory-like arrangement. These apartments have the look and feel of
Towers at UConn, for those familiar with that campus. No central A/C, and a
6% rent increase each year I lived here was also a negative. On the
positive side, 24-hour "handyman" services are available for just about any
emergencies--plumbing, locked out the apartment, etc. The kitchen
appliances are also relatively new and in good shape.
