most of the complaints concerning pebblebrook have either been with the management or the condition of the hallways, lobby, etc. however, none of those are updated and i have been living here since 2003 into the year 2004. whenever there has been a problem, i report it and it is promptly fixed. the guy that i dealt with to get my apartment, thorough, friendly and helpful - his name is andy. the condition of the hallway is no longer an issue because everything has been rennovated. if you are really going to complain about the apartments, i dare you to find a better one in NEW BRITAIN. you have to remember where we are located, and we are lucky to be tucked away so that we can all forget that we live in a dirt city. i don't know what the hell all those other people expect and i have never experienced any of the aforementioned problems. although a bit overpriced it is made up for by location. never have i seen any car broken into - it has become obsolete apparently. and for the guy that fell on the ice, you ------- moron. theres ice everywhere in new england, learn how to walk.
